目的 利用陆地卫星 (Landsat)专题制图仪 (ThematicMapper,TM )遥感图像对血吸虫病中间宿主钉螺孳生的洲滩植被进行分类。方法 在遥感图像处理软件ERDASIMAGINE支持下 ,通过卫星TM图像的合成和聚类分析 ,对江西省鄱阳湖的蚌湖周围的草洲植被进行分类。然后通过现场调查确定不同类别的地物属性 ,并将分类结果合并、整理。结果 蚌湖草洲被划分为 8个地表类别 ,其中第 2类苔草带为钉螺主要的孳生地。结论 聚类分析能将钉螺孳生地的植被种类分辨出来。此方法有助于对与生态有关的疾病的环境进行分类 ,为血吸虫病流行病学的研究提供了新的工具
Objective To classify the Shoutan Vegetation of Schistosoma japonicum, an intermediate host for snail breeding, by using the Landsat Thematic Mapper (TM) remote sensing image. Methods The remote sensing image processing software ERDASIMAGINE was used to classify the grassland vegetation around Panghu Lake of Poyang Lake in Jiangxi Province through satellite TM image synthesis and cluster analysis. Then through the field survey to determine the different types of features, and the classification results are combined, finishing. Results Benghu Caozuo was divided into 8 surface categories, of which the second type Carex belonged to the main breeding ground for Oncomelania. Conclusion Cluster analysis can distinguish the species of vegetation that breed snails. This method helps to classify the environment of ecologically-related diseases and provides a new tool for the study of the epidemiology of schistosomiasis
