本文介绍了桃林铅锌矿在加强贫损管理充分利用矿产资源方面的几点经验。其主要作法是:算好两本帐;健全机构加强管理;把好五道关和组织残矿回收。
This paper introduces some experiences of Taolin lead-zinc mine in strengthening the management of depletion loss and making full use of mineral resources. The main approach is: calculate the two accounts; improve the management of institutions to improve; good clearance and organization of residual ore recycling.
