本文报导了用肌电图、Gesell发育检查,結合生产史及有关临床体检对31例婴儿张力减退进行鉴別診断。文中首先澄清各种命名含义的混乱,作者并提出当婴儿自发运动少、不能調整姿势需要、四肢被动运动抗力低时,才是肌肉活动普遍减低的表現,始可称为张力减退。张力减退可由于肌肉、下运动神經元或中枢神經系統等原发性损害所致;亦可归咎于代謝障碍、慢性衰弱等继发性的影响。
This article reports the differential diagnosis of 31 cases of infant hypotonia using EMG, Gesell developmental examination, combined with the production history and related clinical examination. First of all, the article clarifies the chaos of the various meanings of naming. The author also proposed that when infants less spontaneous exercise, can not adjust posture needs, limbs passive exercise resistance is low, the performance of the general decline in muscle activity, can be called the beginning of tension decreased. Tension can be due to muscle, lower motor neurons or central nervous system and other primary damage caused; also be attributed to metabolic disorders, chronic weakness and other secondary effects.
