面对500座加油站处于间歇关停的现状,新疆销售通过全员营销,实现了成品油的逆势增销。2014年以来,新疆区域成品油消费总量同比持续走低,区内成品油销售企业“保销量、保效益”深陷重围。面对困境,新疆销售公司开展“走出去”活动,实施全员营销、全时营销、全面营销,用走出去的脚板揽回市场份额的增长。截至2014年8月,在营运加油站数量减少24座的情况下,新疆销售市场份额实现稳中有升,以占区内42.2%的加油站占据销售总量70%的份额,唱出了逆势增销的好戏。
