患者、郭××、男53岁,沈阳铁路局×××段钳工。发病经过:该患者从事信号灯修理和发放干电池工作,因信号灯电池在灯内存放时间长,电池用完有的电糊溢出。电糊腐蚀信号灯开关线路,修理信号灯时没有戴防护手套接触电池残糊。 1987年4月9日接触电糊后双手发痒,逐渐发红、肿胀、疼痛,并有局部灼烧感来我院皮肤科就医诊断接触性皮炎,合并感染收住院治疗七天症状消失出院恢复工作。患者又于1987年5月29日再次接触电池电糊出
