头孢类药物抗生素,因抗菌谱广,不良反应少,在临床中应用越来越广泛,但近几年随着生活水平的提高,人们饮酒概率的增多,临床出现了很多例使用头孢类药物后饮酒发生不良反应(双硫仑样反应或双硫醒样反应)的患者,我院急诊科2009年共接诊12例,经抢救后均痊愈出院,现总结分析如下。
