心理学研究发现,适度的压力会提高人的效率,但是当突破人能承受的压力极限后,绩效直线下降。大学生的心理压力管理,必须理解他们的压力问题的核心,了解大学生的压力来源,就必须了解大学生心理层面自我的构成,影响自我认识的因素,以及大学生自我展示的策略。本文就以上三个方面的内容,揭示大学生感受压力的心理因素,以及应对方法。
Psychological research found that modest pressure will improve people’s efficiency, but when the pressure beyond the human limit can withstand, the performance plummeted. Psychological stress management of college students must understand the core of their stress problems. Understanding the source of stress of college students, we must understand the composition of college students psychological self-awareness, factors that affect self-awareness, as well as college students self-display strategy. This article on the above three aspects, to reveal the psychological factors of college students feel the pressure, and coping methods.
