随着摩托车行业的发展，产品竞争日趋激烈，服务已成为影响用户选择的楔心要素。服务不仅要“埋头干”，还得“抬头看”，也就是说要深刻了解用户需求并及时给予满足。基于此，嘉陵集团早在1999年即成立了用户回访中心，专门履行与用户沟通之责，至今已坚持14个年头。
