目的:本文报道应用HO:YAG激光治疗鼻息肉68例。方法:68例鼻息肉患者在1%丁卡因液行鼻腔粘膜表面麻醉,继后应用脉冲式输出功率5-7.5W,脉冲频率为10-15HZ的HO:YAG激光光纤先气化鼻息肉表面,然后再插进鼻息肉深部进行气化凝固。结果:68例中治愈48例(占70.6%),好转20例(占29.4%)。结论:HO:YAG激光波长2.1μm,具有对组织气化及止血特性,对巨大及多发性鼻息肉可经数次治疗后消失,息肉样变的中甲经激光治疗后粘膜恢复正常形态,可保持鼻腔通畅,术中出血少,手术简便,病人痛苦少。
Objective: This article reports the use of HO: YAG laser in the treatment of 68 cases of nasal polyps. Methods: Sixty-eight patients with nasal polyps were anesthetized with 1% tetracaine solution on nasal mucosa. Then, the surface of the nasal polyps was first vaporized by HO: YAG laser with pulse output of 5-7.5W and pulse rate of 10-15HZ , Then insert deep nasal polyps for gasification and solidification. Results: Among the 68 cases, 48 cases were cured (70.6%) and 20 cases were cured (29.4%). CONCLUSION: The wavelength of HO: YAG laser is 2.1μm, which has the characteristics of gasification and hemostasis to tissues. After treatment, the huge and multiple nasal polyps disappear after several treatments. The polyps change after the laser treatment, the mucosa returns to normal form, Maintain the nasal patency, less bleeding, surgery is simple, less painful patients.
