目的探讨血乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)及D-二聚体的变化在非霍奇金淋巴瘤(NHL)诊断、治疗中的意义。方法40例NHL患者采用L-P连续监测检测LDH,化学免疫发光技术检测β2-MG,免疫比浊法检测D-二聚体。结果NHL患者LDH、β2-MG、D-二聚体的升高与分期、疗效有关。结论血LDH、β2-MG及D-二聚体可作为NHL患者诊断、临床分期、疗效评定及预后的辅助指标。
Objective To investigate the significance of the changes of blood lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), β2-microglobulin (β2-MG) and D-dimer in the diagnosis and treatment of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma (NHL). Methods LDH was detected by continuous L-P monitoring in 40 patients with NHL. Β2-MG was detected by chemiluminescence immunoassay and D-dimer by immunoturbidimetry. Results The elevation of LDH, β2-MG and D-dimer in patients with NHL was related to staging and curative effect. Conclusion Blood LDH, β2-MG and D-dimer can be used as auxiliary indicators for the diagnosis, clinical stage, curative effect and prognosis of NHL patients.
