一、前言铅锡合金镀层具有浅灰色的金属光泽、较高的化学稳定性、可塑性、减磨性和润滑性,故而适宜作轴瓦工作面的镀层,以延长轴瓦的使用寿命。1983年,我们试验成功铜铅轴瓦在中温、高浓度下镀铅锡合金的工艺。用该工艺电镀的轴瓦已装在 CA—6102发动机上进行了1000h 的台架强化试验。试验表明,含锡量6~10%的铅锡合金镀层与铜铅基层结合良好,使用性能令人满意。但是,由于该工艺温度及电解液浓度高,对工人健康不利,加之废液处理费用很高,故需加以改进。通过一段时间的试验,我们研制出了一种常温、低浓度下
