中国人民銀行江西省分行發行臨時流通券的佈告茲奉上级核准,為便利市場流通,着由中國人民銀行江西省分行發行小额票幣,名為中國人民銀行江西省分行臨時流通券。關於發行事宜,特作如下規定:一、本流通券分伍圆、拾圆、贰拾圆三種。二、本流通券与中國人民銀行本幣同值使用。持本流通券隨時可向本省所屬人民銀行兌換人民券。三、本流通券只限在江西全省境內流通。四、到一定時期後,由本府責令中國人民銀行江西省分行將此項流通券限期收回。以上各項,仰軍民一體知照為要!此佈(六月三十日發)
