近年来,我国社会经济不断发展,在新的时代背景之下,传统的公路系统人力资源绩效管理已经难以匹配时代的发展需求,关于公路系统人力资源绩效管理改革亟待开展。本文从绩效管理的作用出发讨论,分析了现阶段我国公路系统人力资源绩效管理问题,并就解决我国公路系统人力资源管理问题提出措施,希望能够被规范我国公路系统人力资源管理、提高我国公路系统人力资源管理质量夯实基础。
In recent years, with the continuous development of social economy in our country, under the new background of the times, the performance management of human resources of the traditional highway system has been difficult to match the development needs of the times. The reform of the performance management of human resources in the highway system needs to be carried out urgently. Based on the role of performance management, this paper analyzes the problem of human resource performance management of highway system in our country and puts forward some measures to solve the problem of human resource management of highway system in our country at present. I hope it can be regulated by human resources management in our country’s highway system, The quality of human resource management lay a solid foundation.
