目的观察白术水煎剂外用对致炎小鼠血清肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)含量的影响。方法将ICR小鼠随机分3组:模型组、白术组、骨友灵组,分别以白术水煎剂、骨友灵搽剂、生理盐水涂抹小鼠右耳廓,再以二甲苯致炎。采集血清用L929细胞以结晶紫染色法测TNF-α含量。结果白术组小鼠血清TNF-α含量低于模型组,且有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论白术水煎剂外用可降低致炎小鼠血清中TNF-α含量,可能其抗炎作用与降低TNF-α含量有关。
Objective To observe the effect of topical Atractylodes lucidum decoction on serum tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) content in inflamed mice. Methods ICR mice were randomly divided into 3 groups: model group, Baizhu group, and Guyouling group. The right ear was smeared with Atractylodes decoction, Guyouling Tincture, and saline, and then induced with xylene. L929 cells were collected for serum TNF-α content by crystal violet staining. Results The content of serum TNF-α in Atractylodes macrocephala was lower than model group, and there was a significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Atractylodes macrocephala decoction can reduce the content of TNF-α in the serum of inflammatory mice, which may be related to the decrease of TNF-α content.
