在新中国的乳业发展史上,骆承庠先生有着深远的影响。他是我国现代畜产品加工科教事业的开拓者和奠基人,也是国内目前唯一的动物食品科学博士点的博士生导师,被称为中国的“乳业泰斗”。骆承庠,浙江人,生于1924年。在新中国成立前曾留学并寄居日本,于1958年返回祖国,在东北农业大学从事教学工作。曾任东北农业大学教授、博士导师、东北农业大学食品学院畜产品加工研究所所长、中国畜产品加工研究会名誉会长、国务院学位委员会学科组成员、国家教委科学技术协会委员、农业部科技顾问、中国食品工业协会顾问、黑龙江省政协委员和黑龙江省人大代表等职。骆承庠先生在东农从教近半个世纪,他心系教育事业和国人健康,把毕生的学识和才智奉献
In the history of new China’s dairy industry, Mr. Luo Chengyu has a profound impact. He is the pioneer and founder of modern science and technology of animal husbandry and processing in China. He is also the only doctoral supervisor in animal sciences in China that is known as China’s “Dairy Industry”. Luo Cheng 庠, Zhejiang, was born in 1924. Studied in Japan and resided in Japan before founding of New China, returned to the motherland in 1958 and taught at Northeast Agricultural University. Former Northeast Agricultural University professor, doctoral tutor, Northeast Agricultural University College of Foodstuffs Animal Products Processing Research Institute, honorary president of China Animal Products Processing Research Association, the State Council Academic Degrees Committee members, the State Education Commission Science and Technology Association, the Ministry of Agriculture Science and Technology Consultant, consultant of China Food Industry Association, member of CPPCC National Committee of Heilongjiang Province and Heilongjiang Provincial People’s Congress. Mr. Luo Chengtao taught in Dongnong nearly half a century, his heart of education and the health of Chinese people, the lifelong learning and intellectual dedication
