目的 :探讨头孢他啶在 5 %葡萄糖 ,10 %葡萄糖 ,0 .9%氯化钠 ,葡萄糖氯化钠 ,复方氯化钠 5种输液中的稳定性。方法 :用紫外分光光度法测定头孢他啶的含量 ,并观察输液的外观、pH的变化。结果 :头孢他啶在 5种输液中的含量与温度有关 ,温度越高 ,其含量下降越快。在 5 %葡萄糖中 2h内含量为 10 1% (2 5℃ ) ,91.6 % (37℃ ) ,在 10 %葡萄糖中 4h内含量为 91.8% (2 5℃ ) ,96 .9% (37℃ ) ,在 0 .9%氯化钠中 48h内含量为 98.8% (2 5℃ ) ,90 .2 % (37℃ ) ,在葡萄糖氯化钠中 48h内含量为 94.4% (2 5℃ ) ,89.3 % (37℃ ) ,在复方氯化钠中 48h内含量为 98.6 % (2 5℃ ) ,90 .8% (37℃ )。结论 :可以配伍应用。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the stability of ceftazidime in five kinds of infusions of 5% glucose, 10% glucose, 0.9% sodium chloride, glucose and sodium chloride and compound sodium chloride. Methods: The content of ceftazidime was determined by UV spectrophotometry and the appearance and pH of infusion were observed. Results: The contents of ceftazidime in 5 kinds of infusions were related to temperature. The higher the temperature, the lower the content of ceftazidime. The contents of 5% glucose in 2h were 91% (25 ℃), 91.6% (37 ℃), 91.8% (25 ℃) and 96.9% (37 ℃) in 10% , The contents were 98.8% (25 ℃) and 90.2% (37 ℃) in 48 h in 0. 9% sodium chloride, 94.4% (25 ℃) in 48 h in glucose and sodium chloride, 89.3 % (37 ℃). The content of sodium chloride in compound sodium chloride was 98.6% (25 ℃) and 90.8% (37 ℃) within 48h. Conclusion: can be compatible with the application.
