青虾又名河虾,学名为日本沼虾,因其体色青蓝并伴有棕绿色斑纹故名青虾。青虾壳薄肉厚,肉质细嫩,味道鲜美,营养丰富,历来为我国淡水水产品中的上品。2002年9~12月我们利用升金湖丰富的青虾资源在池塘中实行暂养,取得了较好的收获,现将暂养技术经验总结如下。1材料和方法1.1池塘
Shrimp, also known as shrimp, scientific name of Japanese marsh shrimp, because of its body color blue-green and accompanied by brown-green mark named freshwater shrimp. Fresh and thin shellfish shrimp, tender meat, delicious, nutritious, has always been the top grade freshwater aquatic products in China. From September to December 2002, we used the abundant freshwater shrimp resources in Shengjin Lake to implement temporary aquaculture in ponds and achieved good harvests. The technical experience of temporary aquaculture is summarized as follows. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 Ponds
