目的 :探讨中央区矢状窦旁脑膜瘤的手术技巧。方法 :对16例经手术治疗的中央区矢状窦旁脑膜瘤的临床治疗进行回顾性分析。结果:手术全切肿瘤12例(75.0%),其中SimpsonⅠ级切除5例(31.2%),Ⅱ级切除7例(43.8%),其余4例Ⅲ级切除(25.0%),无手术死亡。术后随访12~36个月,2例复发。结论:中央区矢状窦旁脑膜瘤手术治疗力争达到全切除,有效地控制术中出血、保护并妥善处理好重要回流静脉是确保手术成功的关键。 Objective: To explore the surgical technique of saphenous sinus meningioma in the central area. Methods: The clinical treatment of 16 cases of surgically treated sagittal sinusoidoma in the central area was retrospectively analyzed. Results: All the tumors were completely resected in 12 cases (75.0%). There were 5 cases (31.2%) with Simpson grade Ⅰ resection, 7 cases (43.8%) with Ⅱ grade resection and the other 4 cases with Ⅲ grade resection (25.0%) without surgical death. The patients were followed up for 12 to 36 months and 2 patients relapsed. Conclusions: Surgical treatment of saphenous sinusoid meningioma in the central area strives to achieve total resection, effectively controlling intraoperative bleeding, and protecting and properly treating important reflux veins to ensure the success of surgery.
