7月24日下午,四川省十一届人大常委会第十七次会议在成都举行第二次全体会议。四川省人大常委会主任刘奇葆主持会议。随着刘奇葆宣布表决开始,四川省人大常委会组成人员郑重按下表决器,行使八千八百万人民赋予的神圣权力,通过了四川省人大常委会关于加强城乡环境综合治理的决议。这是四川开展城乡环境综合治理两年来,四川省人大常委会首次就此作出决议。
On the afternoon of July 24, the 17th meeting of the 11th NPC Standing Committee was held in Chengdu for the second plenary session. Liu Qibao, director of Sichuan Provincial People’s Congress, presided over the meeting. With the announcement of Liu Qibao’s vote, the members of the Standing Committee of Sichuan Province pressed the vote solemnly to exercise the sacred power entrusted by 88 million people and passed the resolution of the Standing Committee of Sichuan Provincial People’s Congress on strengthening the comprehensive management of urban and rural environment. This is the first time that Sichuan Province has made a resolution on this issue for the first time in its two years of comprehensive urban and rural environment control in Sichuan.
