轨检车的CP-3型轨道高低测量装置采用惯性法测量,测量结果受到行车速度影响.因此在轨检车的CP-3型轨道高低测量装置中将速度分成了三档,测量时依据行车速度由人工进行调节,这给测量带来较大的不便,并容易引入测量误差.为此作者通过对左右高低加速度计输出的加速度信号、位移传感器输出的左右高低加速度计和左右高低测量点的垂向位移信号、车体惯性平台输出的车体倾角信号进行合成处理,并结合自行设计的模拟低通滤波和相应的数字滤波器,实现了加速度滤波器的幅频响应与检测车速度无关,即自适应测量.该系统的现场试验结果表明,高低的检测结果是正确的,可以满足现场使用要求.
