什么是企业社会责任?我国企业应该尽到什么样的社会责任?……在本期特别报道栏目,学者、企业家和有关人士从不同的角度进行了探讨。我国企业只有20多年的发展历史,大部分企业尚处在摸索阶段,缺乏类似西方的传统企业文化和企业道德,缺乏企业良知的拷问和企业道德的调控。所以,我们在推动企业社会责任运动,推行SA8000等国际企业责任标准时,无论在认识上,还是在实践中都有一定的距离。我们既要跟上国际的潮流,不能逆流而动,又要在企业社会责任的标准上,尽可能地本地化。这就需要我国政府有关部门和认证机构,加强与国际企业社会责任组织、国际劳工组织、跨国公司以及外国政府有关部门等的沟通,积极参与企业社会责任国际标准化活动,共同进行商讨和研究,从而建立一个既能符合我国国情,不违背我国现行政治法律制度,又能被国际社会认可的企业社会责任标准体系。这也就是我们讨论这个话题的目的。(延川)
