邻苯二甲醛(OPA)法目前是氨基酸显现最灵敏的方法之一,已应用于苯基乙内酰硫脲(PTH)氨基酸、多肽和蛋白质的检出和定量测定。根据目前为数不多的报导,OPA显现氨基酸灵敏度为50—100微微克分子,在滤纸上显现氨基酸的灵敏度不如在硅胶上,后者在绝大多数情况下比前者灵敏2—5倍。本文针对OPA在滤纸上显现时荧光的稳定性
OPA method is currently one of the most sensitive methods for the detection of amino acids. It has been applied to the detection and quantification of the amino acids, peptides and proteins of phenylthiohydantoin (PTH).
