目的:检测丽水市甲型H1N1流感病毒,并进行回顾性检测,明确流感亚型病原。方法:Real-time RT-PCR法特异性检测流感病毒核酸。结果:丽水地区共检出甲型H1N1流感病毒6份,此外还存在甲1亚型、甲3亚型和乙型流感病毒。结论:丽水地区甲型H1N1流感病毒为新输入性流感病毒,密切接触者中感染率不高;2007年至2009年学校流感爆发疫情以乙型流感为主;目前甲型H1N1流感防控已取得阶段性成果。
Objective: To detect Influenza A (H1N1) virus in Lishui City and conduct a retrospective test to identify the pathogen of influenza subtypes. Methods: Real-time RT-PCR was used to detect influenza virus nucleic acid. Results: Six influenza A (H1N1) virus isolates were detected in Lishui region. In addition, there were subtype A 1, subtype A 3 and influenza B virus. Conclusion: Influenza A (H1N1) virus is a newly imported influenza virus in Lishui area, and the infection rate among close contacts is not high. From 2007 to 2009, outbreak of influenza in school was mainly Influenza B (H1N1) Phased achievement.
