焦裕禄精神激励了一代又一代中国共产党人。弘扬焦裕禄精神,除了要大力弘扬焦裕禄全心全意为人民服务的宗旨意识和公仆精神外,还必须学习焦裕禄如何做好群众工作的方法。焦裕禄的群众工作方法主要有践行宗旨,感动群众;艰苦奋斗,带领群众;求真务实,帮助群众;干事创业,凝聚群众;树立典型,激励群众等。
