国内新产品新技术“软体”防盗锁该产品(由浙江湖州世纪防盗锁具有限公司研发)被认为是防盗锁具的重大突破。采用独创的软体钥匙,进入锁芯内形成弯状,锁芯钥匙槽中心会自行封闭,从而避免被技术性开启；同时它具有高性能防钻结构。钻头短时间内无法打进去。这种锁互开率低,24万把锁无一相同,远远超过公安部颁布的防盗锁标准。“氧吧”空调该空调内置氧气富化膜,其渗氧能力比渗氮能力强。空气通过氧气富化膜后,就会获得更高的氧气浓度(氧浓度可由通常的21%增加到30%),将控温与增氧功能合二为一。与传统中央空调相比,其耗能可节省80%以上。
