针对工矿机车自动变速的复杂性和难以建立准确的数学模型的特点,以JX115型工矿机车为研究对象,开发研制一种以PLC为控制核心的,基于发动机转速、涡轮转速和油门开度的模糊自动变速控制系统。仿真及试验结果表明:该系统可使被控变速器根据工况(负载变化)自动换挡,系统工作稳定、抗干扰能力强、换挡品质理想、可嵌入和可移植程度较好。
Aiming at the complexity of automatic speed change of industrial and mining locomotive and the difficulty of establishing accurate mathematical model, this paper takes JX115 locomotive as research object and develops a fuzzy control system based on PLC, which is based on engine speed, turbine speed and throttle opening Automatic transmission control system. Simulation and experimental results show that the system can automatically shift the controlled transmission according to the working conditions (load changes), the system works stably, the anti-interference ability is strong, the shift quality is ideal, and the degree of embedding and portability is better.
