“三多”是指会议多、文件多、报表多的现象。本文对公司、分公司、作业区三级机构的会议、文件和报表进行有限统计分析,尝试从历史背景和现实等方面阐述了“三多”现象的主要成因和三者的内在联系,并从管理、制度、方式方法、人员素质和技术角度探析了改善“三多”现象的策略。
