中国房地产行业出现了一种新常态,而大众市场开发商将比高端市场开发商更好地适应这一环境。过去两年,中国政府向房地产行业投机客以及为他们建楼的高端开发商开战。最新数据显示,中国2月份平均房价连续第五个月下跌。中国国务院总理温家宝在全国人大会议上表示,调控还没有结束。温家宝称,房价还远远没有回到合理价位,因此调控不能放松。
China’s real estate industry has seen a new normal and mass market developers will better adapt to this environment than high-end market developers. In the past two years, the Chinese government has fought speculators in the real estate industry and high-end developers building for them. Latest data show that China’s average house prices in February fell for the fifth consecutive month. Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao said at the NPC session that the control is not over yet. Wen Jiabao said prices are far from returning to a reasonable price, so regulation can not be relaxed.
