近期,国家有关部门,特别是国务院和中央人民银行出台了一系列宏观调控政策,从供给、需求、监管等角度抑制2004年下半年来在全国各地普遍升温的房地产投资、需求热情及普遍升高的房地产价格,这使得房地产市场进入了一个敏感期。如何度过这一敏感期,如何投资等问题成为众多房地产企业迫切关心的问题。
Recently, relevant state departments, especially the State Council and the Central Bank of the People’s Republic of China, have promulgated a series of macro-control policies that will curb real estate investment, demand enthusiasm and general increase from the perspective of supply, demand and regulation in the second half of 2004. Real estate prices, which makes the real estate market has entered a sensitive period. How to spend this sensitive period, how to invest and other issues become the urgent concern of many real estate companies.
