薪酬战略通过人力资源效能对企业绩效产生影响,从而决定企业能否获取和保持持续竞争优势。人力资源效能是指人力资源管理的绩效或结果,它包括人力资本效应、组织成员关系和行为的中间效应两个方面。薪酬战略首先作用于企业的人力资本积累,进而影响员工的态度和行为,最后共同决定企业绩效。
