本实验用不同硒含量串珠酵母人工合成饲料喂养大白鼠,分别于实验前、实验30天及实验40天收集大白鼠24小时尿,尿中酸性氨基多糖含量测定采用氧氯化锆沉淀咔唑硫酸法进行葡萄糖醛酸定量。其结果经F检验各组均无显著差异。发现有以下两个趋势:1.实验30天24小时尿葡萄糖醛酸含量各组普遍升高,40天趋于下降,尤以低硒组显著;2.饲料硒越高,糖醛酸排泄量也越高,与血硒含量作相关分析,各批均呈正相关,但无显著差异。
In this experiment, different selenium content of beaded yeast artificial feed was used to feed rats, respectively, before experiment, 30 days and 40 days of experiment, rats were collected for 24 hours urine.
