目的明确某新型工艺可能产生的职业病危害因素,分析其危害程度及对劳动者健康的影响,提出防护对策。方法采用职业健康暴露风险评估法进行综合分析,并在最后对采取的防护措施进行了评价。结果生产过程中碳酸钠溶液配制过程风险级别为1.41,风险等级可忽略;现场操作风险级别为1.69,风险等级为低风险水平;接触对甲苯磺酸、BHT(2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚)、2-叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚、对甲酚的风险级别均为2.99,风险等级为中等风险水平。结论在新型工艺建设项目职业病危害评价不能采用类比法的情况下,采用职业健康暴露风险评估法可进行评价。
Objective To clarify the possible occupational hazards that may arise from a new type of process, analyze the degree of harm and the impact on the health of workers, and propose protective measures. Methods The occupational health exposure risk assessment method was used to conduct a comprehensive analysis, and finally the protective measures taken were evaluated. Results The risk level of sodium carbonate solution in the process of preparation was 1.41, and the risk level was negligible. The on-site operation risk level was 1.69 and the risk level was low risk. The contact p-toluenesulfonic acid, BHT (2,6-di-tert-butyl- 4-methylphenol), 2-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol and p-cresol both have a risk level of 2.99 and a risk level of medium risk. Conclusion In the case of occupational hazards assessment of new construction projects can not be used analogy, occupational health exposure risk assessment can be used to evaluate.
