本文报告一种识别B细胞系白血病相关抗原的鼠单克隆抗体ZCH-42E8(IgG1),免疫印迹试验示其所识别的抗原分子量为245kd。经多种细胞系、正常外周血细胞成分、骨髓单个核细胞、胚胎肝、脾、胸腺和138例急、慢性白血病细胞的鉴定结果表明,2E8为B细胞系特异性单抗,其反应谱与CD19类似,但其尚能识别早至18周龄的胚胎脾(B)细胞,阳性率为31.9%(CD19为0%)。作者认为:2E8是一种能用于分化早期B细胞系急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)的诊断和急性未分化型白血病(AUL)鉴别诊断的B细胞系特异性单抗。
This article reports a murine monoclonal antibody ZCH-42E8 (IgG1) that recognizes B-cell leukemia-associated antigens. The immunoblot assay showed that the identified antigen had a molecular weight of 245 kd. The identification of normal peripheral blood cells, myelomonocytic cells, embryonic liver, spleen, thymus and 138 cases of acute and chronic leukemia cells showed that 2E8 was a specific monoclonal antibody against B cell line and its response spectrum was similar to that of CD19 Similar but still able to recognize embryonic spleen (B) cells as early as 18 weeks of age with a positive rate of 31.9% (0% for CD19). The authors conclude that 2E8 is a B cell line specific monoclonal antibody that can be used to differentiate the diagnosis of early B cell line acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) and the differential diagnosis of acute undifferentiated leukemia (AUL).
