近年来,我国经济迅猛发展,国际经济交流日益频繁,中埃两国在政治、经济、文化、教育等领域的合作不断深化。但由于中国独特的文化背景,在跨文化管理方面出现了很多问题。本文将针对这些问题,结合中国企业跨文化管理的特点,通过调查研究,试着提出一些策略,以解决中埃跨文化管理中的矛盾。
In recent years, with the rapid economic development in our country and the frequent international economic exchanges, the cooperation between China and Egypt in the political, economic, cultural and educational fields has been deepening. However, due to China’s unique cultural background, many problems have arisen in cross-cultural management. This article will address these issues, combined with the characteristics of Chinese enterprises cross-cultural management, through research, try to come up with some strategies to solve the cross-cultural management in China and Africa conflicts.
