本文通过97例研究对象其中24例为白细胞减少患者的外周血红细胞SOD 活性及血浆MDA 含量的测定。结果表明:长期接触工业用甲苯、二甲苯等有机溶剂可使红细胞SOD 活性降低,血浆MDA 含量增高,尤以白细胞减少患者的红细胞SOD 活性降低及血浆MDA 含量增高更为明显。初步认为,长期接触工业用甲苯、二甲苯等有机溶剂可诱导机体产生氧自由基反应,导致脂质过氧化物增加。
In this paper, 97 subjects were investigated in 24 cases of leukopenic patients with peripheral erythrocyte SOD activity and plasma MDA levels were determined. The results showed that long-term exposure to industrial organic solvents such as toluene and xylene could decrease the activity of SOD in erythrocytes and increase the content of MDA in plasma, especially in the patients with leukopenia and the increase of plasma MDA. Initially, long-term exposure to industrial toluene, xylene and other organic solvents can induce the body to produce oxygen free radical reactions, leading to increased lipid peroxides.
