目的根据目前病案科室工作量和责任范围,应当加强病案科室的全面建设,加大人力、财力、物力的投入,提高病案管理质量和对外服务质量,满足医患及社会各界对病案资料的需求。方法我院5年来加强病案科室综合建设以及《医疗事故处理条例》实施前后病案管理工作发生的变化。结果医院为病案科室的建设增加了投入,提高了病案管理的技术含量和对外服务质量,提高了工作效率,减轻了工作人员的劳动强度。结论按规定合理配备病案管理人员,运用现代化科学技术,规范管理,使病案管理事业顺利发展。
Objective According to the workload and responsibility range of medical records department at present, it is necessary to strengthen the comprehensive construction of medical records department, increase the manpower, financial resources and material resources, improve the medical record management quality and service quality, and meet the needs of doctors and patients and the community. Methods In the past five years, our hospital strengthened the comprehensive construction of medical records department and the changes of medical record management before and after the implementation of “Medical Accident Disposal Ordinance”. Results The hospital increased the investment for the construction of medical records department, improved the technical content of medical record management and the quality of external service, improved the working efficiency and reduced the labor intensity of the staff. Conclusion According to the regulations, it is reasonable to equip medical record management personnel, to use modern science and technology, and to standardize management so that the cause of medical record management can develop smoothly.
