目的比较并分析心脏彩超与心电图对高血压心脏病的诊断价值。方法选取从2015年1月到2016年1月我院收治的高血压性心脏病患者60例作为观察组,另外选取血压正常且身体健康者52例作为对照组,对于两组患者均行心脏彩超检查,对观察组在超声检查的基础上加以心电图检查,比较两组患者左室壁厚度、左室舒张末期直径、相对室壁厚度及两种检测方法对于高血压心脏病的检出率。结果①观察组患者的左室壁厚度、左室舒张末期直径及相对室壁厚度均显著高于对照组患者,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);②心脏超声对于高血压心脏病的检测率为95.0%,显著高于心电图的83.3%,两者间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在高血压心脏病的检测中,心脏彩超比心电图具有更高的敏感性,临床值得推广。
Objective To compare and analyze the diagnostic value of echocardiography and electrocardiogram in hypertensive heart disease. Methods From January 2015 to January 2016, 60 cases of hypertensive heart disease admitted to our hospital were selected as the observation group. In addition, 52 cases of normal blood pressure and healthy people were selected as the control group. The patients in both groups underwent echocardiography The patients in the observation group were examined by electrocardiogram on the basis of ultrasonography. The left ventricular wall thickness, left ventricular end diastolic diameter, relative wall thickness and the detection rate of two methods were compared between the two groups. Results ① The left ventricular wall thickness, left ventricular end-diastolic diameter, and relative wall thickness were significantly higher in the observation group than those in the control group (P <0.05); ② The echocardiographic effect of echocardiography on hypertensive heart The detection rate of disease was 95.0%, which was significantly higher than that of ECG (83.3%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion In the detection of hypertensive heart disease, echocardiography is more sensitive than electrocardiogram and is clinically worthy of promotion.
