本案例反映了新的教育观、儿童观对教师的积极影响。在传统教育观、儿童观支配下的教师,不太可能产生像案例中这位教师这样的困惑。在传统的观念看来,上一次活动结束后,必然要转到下一次活动,活动的主题可能会变,组织的教师也可能会变,因此上一次活动的现场必须整理干净,以便为下一次活动的开展准备好所需的一切(场地、器具及时间)。案例中教师之所以会产生困惑,是因为新的教育观要求我们更多地关注幼儿的兴趣和需要。
This case reflects the new concept of education, the positive impact of children’s perspective on teachers. Teachers in the traditional view of education and children’s perspective are less likely to have the same confusion as the teacher in the case.
