针对立筒仓群在储粮过程中所存在的问题,进行了综合性试验研究,采用热湿传导理论对粮堆个别部位进行了分析验证;利用减压管设施降低了进仓粮食的自动分级,采用环流熏蒸、机械通风技术,提高了储粮稳定性,提出了一套立筒仓储粮理论依据。
Aiming at the problems existing in the process of grain storage in vertical silo group, a comprehensive experimental study was carried out, and the individual parts of the grain pile were analyzed and verified by using the theory of heat and moisture transmission. The use of decompression pipe facilities reduced the automatic grading , The use of circulation fumigation, mechanical ventilation technology to improve the stability of grain storage, put forward a set of silo theoretical basis.
