Under the close cooperation of the Water Conservancy and Hydropower Planning and Design Institute of the Ministry of Water Resources and Hydropower and the Water Conservancy Bureau of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, China’s first systematically and comprehensively discusses the “water economy” and is suitable for the standard of China’s national standard of ministry, “Water Conservancy Economics Code SD139— The 85 booklet is now published. This “Specification” includes general rules, socio-economic data, cost calculations, benefit calculations and economic effects analysis, a total of 5 chapters 68, plus an appendix, namely “basic depreciation and overhaul rates for fixed assets in water conservancy projects.” For details, please refer to the “Water Conservancy Commission” published in “Inner Mongolia Water Conservancy Technology” (or this publication).
