明代文官试职制度考论

关于明代文官试职制度,现存史籍有详略不同之记载,但所载或一鳞半爪,难窥全豹, 或所持各异,令人难以适从。今人之论著也常涉及明代试职制度,但均言之泛泛,且因对相关史料未做辨析,导致不少讹误。至今明代试职制度仍笼罩着一层迷雾,故有必要将其澄清。笔者不惴浅陋,拟就明代试职制度作一专门探讨,试图就该制度的兴废时间、形成过程、执行情况及产生原因等进行初步考证,并略抒管见,以就教于方家。 On the civil service trial system in the Ming Dynasty, the existing historical records have a slightly different record, but contained or gibbous, difficult to see the whole plight, or hold different, it is difficult to adapt. Today’s treatises often involve the trial system of the Ming Dynasty, but the general principles are not clear, and because of the relevant historical data have not been identified, resulting in a lot of corruption. Since the trial system in the Ming Dynasty is still shrouded in a layer of fog, it is necessary to clarify it. The author does not insubordinately and intends to make a special discussion on the trial system in the Ming Dynasty. It tries to make a preliminary research on the time, process, implementation and causes of the system’s revival and elimination.
