汉代是中国封建婚姻的奠基时期 ,其中最有代表性的是两汉皇室婚姻。其形致多姿、特点迥异 ,具体表现为 :西汉时期皇室婚姻不论贵贱、不重贞操、不拘辈分 ,而东汉时期皇室婚姻则变得审慎、制度化。这一变化的产生是由两汉社会经济基础和思想文化背景的变迁造成的 ,即社会经济基础由西汉时期的小农经济发展为东汉时期的大地主庄园经济 ;思想文化背景由西汉初期对儒家传统道德的轻视和社会风俗的放纵不羁发展到东汉时期的儒术独尊和知礼守节
The Han Dynasty was the founding period of the feudal marriage in China. The most representative one was the royal marriage in Han Dynasty. Its various shapes and characteristics, different characteristics, specifically as follows: the royal marriage during the Western Han Dynasty, regardless of expensive, not chastity, informal generation, and royal marriage in the Eastern Han Dynasty became prudent and institutionalized. This change was caused by the change of the social and economic foundation and the ideological and cultural background of the Han Dynasty. That is, the socio-economic foundation was developed from a small-scale peasant economy in the Western Han Dynasty to a large-scale landlord manor economy in the Eastern Han Dynasty. The ideological and cultural background changed from Confucianism’s traditional morality Indifference and social custom indulgence uninhibited development to the Eastern Han Dynasty Confucianism monopoly and courtesy ceremony
