最近,西德拉斯科公司为美国完成了一条全自动锻造和挤压线。该系统将用于制造重12kg、长292 m m,外径135 mm、内径62mm的无法兰轴管。整个装置包括二台高速、电液控制的液压挤压压力机,每台能力800T,但它们的尺寸规格稍有不同。二台设备由一自动输送系统连接起来,该输送系统也是拉斯科公司研制的。
Recently, Sidlaslas completed a fully automatic forging and extrusion line for the United States. The system will be used to make non-flanged pipe with a weight of 12 kg, a length of 292 m, an outer diameter of 135 mm and an inner diameter of 62 mm. The entire installation consists of two high-speed, electro-hydraulic controlled hydraulic press presses each capable of 800T but with slightly different dimensions. The two machines are connected by an automated conveyor system developed by Lasko.
