This article explains the proper place of trigger fuze in a torpedo fuse. By comparing the performance of torpedo piezoelectric inertial fuze and conventional inertial fuze, the superiority and the development prospect of torpedo piezoelectric inertial fuze are demonstrated. The key technical issues of torpedo piezoelectric inertial fuze are presented.
