目的 :探讨星形细胞瘤P16和Rb表达的相关性、DNA含量及其与预后的关系。方法 :免疫组化S P法 ,用图像分析系统进行组化分析和瘤细胞DNA含量测定。结果 :P16阳性率 43.8% ,低级别显著高于高级别 (P <0 .0 1) ;阳性组生存率曲线显著高于阴性组 (P <0 .0 1)。Rb阳性率为 71.3% ,低级别与高级别之间无显著差异性 (P >0 .0 5 )。DNA含量 (AU)与组织学分级有意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :P16和Rb蛋白表达及其PU值 ,结合瘤细胞DNA含量 ,对判断星形细胞瘤预后有一定价值。
Objective: To investigate the correlation between the expression of P16 and Rb in astrocytoma, DNA content and its relationship with prognosis. METHODS: Immunohistochemical SP method was used to perform histochemical analysis and DNA content determination in tumor cells using an image analysis system. Results: The positive rate of P16 was 43.8%, and the low level was significantly higher than the high level (P < 0.01). The survival rate curve of the positive group was significantly higher than that of the negative group (P <0.01). The positive rate of Rb was 71.3%. There was no significant difference between low and high grades (P > 0.05). DNA content (AU) and histological grade were significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion : The expression of P16 and Rb protein and its PU value combined with the DNA content of tumor cells have a certain value in judging the prognosis of astrocytoma.
