目的:建立维药唇香草中齐墩果酸、熊果酸的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱ODS C18柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,10μm),流动相甲醇-0.03 mol.L-1磷酸盐缓冲液(90∶10,pH 3),检测波长214 nm,流速0.5 mL·min-1,进样量10μL。结果:齐墩果酸在0.4~1.2 g·L-1线性关系良好,r=0.999 6,平均回收率99.5%,RSD 1.19%;熊果酸在0.6~1.8 g·L-1线性关系良好,r=0.999 6,平均回收率102.3%,RSD 1.25%。结论:本方法简单快捷,适用于测定唇香草中齐墩果酸和熊果酸的含量。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the determination of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid in Ligusticum vannamei. Methods: High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used on column ODS C18 (4.6 mm × 150 mm, 10 μm), mobile phase methanol -0.03 mol·L-1 phosphate buffer (90:10, pH 3) nm, flow rate 0.5 mL · min-1, injection volume 10μL. Results: Oleanolic acid showed a good linearity at 0.4-1.2 g · L -1, r = 0.999 6, the average recovery was 99.5% and the RSD was 1.19%. UA had a good linear relationship at 0.6-1.8 g · L -1, r = 0.999 6, average recovery 102.3%, RSD 1.25%. Conclusion: This method is simple and quick and suitable for the determination of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid in lip herb.
