本文搜集和整理了国内外学者关于技术创新对企业绩效影响的研究成果,以及在此基础上进一步总结学术界针对组织战略柔性和企业绩效的关系展开的理论和实证研究。尽管学术界在此方面的研究并没有得出完全一致的结论,但是大多数学者支持技术创新和组织战略柔性是影响企业绩效因素中较为重要的组成部分,并且展开更深入的探讨。
This paper collects and collate the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on the impact of technological innovation on business performance, and on the basis of this, further summarizes the academic and empirical research on the relationship between organizational flexibility and corporate performance. Although the academic research in this field did not reach a completely consistent conclusion, most scholars support technological innovation and strategic flexibility of organization as the more important part of the factors that affect business performance, and conduct a more in-depth discussion.
