管理是企业全部工作的中心。企业作为市场的经营主体和竞争主体,其内部管理必须一切以市场需求为导向,以发挥人的作用和科技的力量为重点,建立一套科学合理的管理制度,使企业形成一种崭新的、高效率的运行机制,更好地适应外部环境的发展变化。所谓企业管理无非是对“人”和“事”的管理,而任何“事”都是在“人”的活动下产生的。激励是人力资源管理与开发工作中十分重要的环节。激励手段运用的好坏,直接影响着企业赖以生存发展的最根本动力——人的效能的发挥,影响着企业发展的持续性、健康性。
