TDI -CCD传感器水平和垂直移位寄存器中电荷包转移过程是TDI -CCD传感器所实现的光电转换过程中的一个重要过程。针对TDI -CCD图像传感器中电荷包的转移损失问题 ,首先给出了TDI -CCD传感器中电荷包转移过程的功能框图。然后 ,通过对水平和垂直移位寄存器中电荷包转移过程的严格、详细分析 ,建立了水平和垂直移位寄存器中电荷包转移效率的数学模型。最后 ,建立了TDI-CCD图像传感器的电荷包总转移效率的数学模型 ,给出了电荷包总转移效率的表达式。
TDI-CCD Sensor The charge-packet transfer process in horizontal and vertical shift registers is an important process in the photoelectric conversion process implemented by TDI-CCD sensors. Aiming at the transfer loss problem of charge packets in TDI-CCD image sensor, the functional block diagram of charge packet transfer in TDI-CCD sensor is given first. Then, a mathematical model of the charge transfer efficiency in the horizontal and vertical shift registers is established by the rigorous and detailed analysis of the charge transfer process in the horizontal and vertical shift registers. Finally, a mathematical model of the total transfer efficiency of the charge packet in the TDI-CCD image sensor is established, and the expression of the total transfer efficiency of the charge packet is given.
