针对滑模施工过程中振捣棒有效作用范围的问题,本文基于滑模施工对水泥混凝土材料的基本要求,对滑模摊铺机振捣棒振动过程中能量的衰减进行分析。结合水泥混凝土材料振动状态下的液化特性,以相应振动加速度作用条件下,混凝土的振动粘度系数、抗压强度等为评价指标,研究摊铺机振捣棒振动能量的衰减对混凝土振动液化效果的影响。为滑模摊铺机振捣棒间距的设置,以及针对不同工作性混凝土材料滑模摊铺速度的选择,提供一定的帮助。
In order to solve the problem of the effective range of vibrator during sliding mode construction, this paper analyzes the energy attenuation of the vibrator during slide mode of the paver based on the basic requirements of cementing material for slipform construction. Based on the liquefaction characteristics of cement concrete under vibrating conditions, the vibrational viscosity coefficient and compressive strength of concrete under the action of corresponding vibration acceleration are taken as evaluation indexes to study the influence of vibration energy attenuation of paver vibration on concrete liquefaction effect influences. It provides some help for the setting of the distance between the vibrators and the choice of sliding speed for different working concrete materials.
